Four steps, all by email.
Species, size or pot size, quantity, destination country and desired delivery period. Add your invoice address and, for businesses in the EU, your VAT ID.
We review your inquiry and reply with an offer or with questions. If something is not available, we tell you straight away.
If the offer suits you, confirm it in writing. We then confirm your order.
We agree shipping and delivery date with you. The goods go to the address you give us.
Species (botanical or common name) · size or pot size · quantity · destination country · desired delivery period · invoice address · VAT ID (for deliveries to businesses in the EU)
03 · Export and documents
Plants are subject to plant health rules. Which documents you need depends on the species and the destination country. Some countries set additional conditions or do not allow certain species to be imported.
This is why we ask you to name species and destination country in your first inquiry. It lets us clarify early whether a delivery is possible and under which conditions. Please also check your country's import rules with your own authority.
